Derek Halman, CEO/Owner.
Derek Halman is a practiced executive with over 15 years of business development experience. His background includes guiding companies to achieve significant enhancements in overall profitability and operational efficiency. Using his education from military service, he built a company that met all required certifications to service the aviation industry. Derek is fully versed in creating growth-oriented business environments, while insuring companies meet all compliance regulatory requirements. One of Derek’s expertises is in the establishment and management of financial controls within an organization. He is committed to continuous improvement, and will maximize corporate opportunities by bringing his value-added concepts to our organization.
Derek achieved the rank of E5 in the United States Navy where he was one of the youngest shop supervisors in the squadron. From rice patty to any foreign country in the world, Derek was tasked with the coordination of supplies, equipment, and the personnel required to satisfy the mission. Derek now lives in the Phoenix area.
Jarred Elias, President/Owner
Jarred Elias earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and Masters of Administration from Northern Arizona University. Jarred has more than a decade of experience as a senior manager in the hospitality industry in a variety of positions. These include extensive operations management experience, human resource management experience, and compliance management experience. A Payroll and HR Consulting veteran, Jarred’s professional experience includes work for a national payroll service bureau, in which he had the opportunity to truly learn the industry. Superior customer service is something that Jarred truly believes in. He has utilized his hospitality experience to guarantee that PPA Arizona has a culture that sincerely values the needs of its clients.
